As you know, I suffered in silence with my Panic Disorder for 15 years because I felt embarrassed, isolated, and that it was my personal problem to deal with alone. Deciding a few months ago that I was ready to tell my closest friends and family, I have been overwhelmed with support. While this is my personal issue and ultimately I must overcome it, there is now a support structure that I can turn to during difficult periods.
