Do you live with Anxiety? Does speaking in public make you nervous? Does it cause your heart to race and feel like you can’t breathe?
My Battle With Public Speaking & Anxiety
My name is Lucas Mattiello, founder of Level Up Living and I lived with Panic Disorder for 15 years. My first panic attack was in high school and was frightening, I didn’t know what was happening, but my mind was racing, my heart felt like it would explode and I thought I would die. The panic attacks continued and I became more anxious and fearful of having another panic attack. This created a constant state of worry as I didn’t know what was happening when I had a panic attack, all I knew is that I dreaded them and wanted it to stop now.
I struggled with Panic attacks and Anxiety as it hindered my experiences and what I was able to achieve. I spent 2 years fighting back against anxiety and am now on a misson to assist others in knowing that they are not alone, there is hope, and they do have a choice.
